Who’d believe you’d find “elegant”, “healthy gourmet dining” with “plentiful vegan options” in “sleepy Ellenville’? ask “mind-boggled” “foodies” tucking into “passionate” chef Marcus Guiliano’s “wide-ranging menu” of “high-quality”, organic New American-Eclectic eats; adding yet more “cachet” are “slice of Manhattan”-style digs with hand-stenciled walls, an “amazing wine cellar” and a “friendly” staff.

"One special thing about Aroma Thyme is the friendly enthusiasm expressed by the entire staff. We're always made to feel welcome. It's also great to have Marcus there - you get to talk directly to the chef, who's also open and personable. Beyond a great meal, we always feel uplifted when we visit because it's clear this restaurant is about much more than making money - it's an attitude towards life and the part a great meal plays in our lives. :-) What to improve? Oh, well -- more of that white bean dip. Those cute little dishes that hang on the bread baskets are nice . . . but it's not enough to last through the bread!!! :-D See you soon!"

I just spent several days in Ellenville visiting a friend who is performing at the Shadowland. We dined with you several times, and I just wanted to say how wonderful the whole experience was. The food was fantastic, the ambiance is great and your service can't be beat. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, making each of our visits a really great dining experience. I'd especially like to thank Celines.... she's a gem. Alisa and Kevin were really great, too!
